Through recorded interviews with women leading across many fields and sectors, resource-sharing and community-building, we aim to synthesize impactful stories, helpful advice and signal pathways for how girls across diverse cultures and contexts may become successful and confident leaders.

All women in the world who have the desire to lead should have access to develop the skills, strategies and confidence to do so. We hope all women and girls are empowered to lead and to make the world a better place.
